Greetings and Welcome!

Thank you for your interest in St. Christopher’s Religious Education Program. I am delighted to have this opportunity to welcome you to our web page.

Let me give a little bit about myself and my role as the newest member of the parish staff here at St. Christopher Parish. My name is Jeanne Lassandrello. Prior to accepting the position as Director of Parish Catechesis I was a theology teacher at Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School. Prior to teaching I held the position as Business Manager, Baptismal Prep Coordinator and Minister of Care Coordinator at my home parish. I am married I have four grown children and two grandchildren. I look forward to serving the people of St. Christopher Parish particularly working with the teachers, catechists and students.

The Religious Education Program is off to a great start with well over 200 students. We have our catechists in place and they are very energetic and ready to share their faith life as well as their knowledge of how God is working through them with your children.
The school teachers as well have already begun to work on preparing your children to identify the many gifts that have been given them through prayer, celebration of the sacrament, and study.

Periodically I will post letters to inform you of what is happening throughout the year regarding the preparation and reception of the sacraments, schedule changes, and other necessary reminders along the way.
